ScooterMate Shipping Policy We’re proud to offer free delivery on all electric scooters and e-bikes across mainland UK, even though standard shipping fees for these types of products typically range from £40 to £60. Your order will be shipped using reliable UK couriers such as FedEx, DHL, DPD, UPS, BJS, or Tuffnells, depending on your location and the size of your item. Most deliveries arrive within 1 to 4 working days, although heavier or bulkier items may take up to 10 working days. For the most accurate delivery estimates, please refer to the individual product page. In rare cases, courier delays may extend delivery times slightly. Please note that most couriers do not dispatch over the weekend. Orders placed late on Thursday or during Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday. If you're local and prefer to pick up your order, we do offer a Click & Collect option. In some cases, same-day collection is possible — just reach out to confirm product availability before making your way to us. All electric scooters and bikes must be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for how to arrange a redelivery or where to collect your parcel. This step is necessary due to the high value of the products. If the courier is unable to deliver the item after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. Should you wish to have the order sent out again, we may apply an additional shipping fee to cover redelivery. Once returned, the item will be restocked, and we’ll issue a refund minus the original delivery charge and any courier fees incurred for the return. If you'd still like the product, a new order will need to be placed.
